Return & Refund Policy
Refund & Replacement:
- If the item not shipped by us within 3 days, the refund will be sent to your account within 7-10 working days of approval. If there is any delay in shipping, a written approval from buyer shall be obtained and shipping time will be as per approval.
- If the item received in damaged/broken condition OR not as per the specified in product descriptions OR the item is not working; the buyer is eligible to get replacement or full refund. The buyer must register claim for refund/replacement request within 3 days of item receipt. After that the claim will not be approved.
- If the item is not delivered within 14 days from date of shipping OR not traceable in courier tracking OR Lost in transportation OR Undelivered.
If the item is replaced as per buyer consent, then refund will not be applicable.
For refund claims, the refund will be process within 6-8 working days of the claim being approved. In such cases, the buyers shall be eligible to claim the reshipping charges shall be reimbursed in shape of discount coupons or cash back.
If the refund is against a returned item, you will receive your refund once we confirm the receipt of the returned item. In such cases, the buyers shall be eligible to claim the reshipping charges shall be reimbursed in shape of discount coupons or cash back.
After confirmation, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to reach your account.
Refund, if any, shall be made into the same Issuing Bank (i.e. Valid Credit Card or Valid Buyer Bank Account) from where Transaction payment was received.
Violations of refund policy may result in a range of actions, including:
- Cancellation of payment
- Refund Claim being put on hold or rejection of a refund claim
- User ID Restriction or Suspension
- Referral to Law Enforcement
